Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information DamPhi collects through damphi.com, why, and what you can do about it. DamPhi is an enterprise registered in Quebec, Canada (NEQ 2282622127).

Person in charge

The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Phil, founder of DamPhi. Contact: admin@damphi.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your first name, email address, the services you select, your answers to the intake questions and any notes you add.
• Chat assistant: the messages you type. If you include your email address in the chat, it is forwarded to us so we can reply.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting and security provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
• Advertising cookies: Google AdSense may set cookies or use similar technologies, as described below.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not sell personal information.

Why we use it

We use the information you send us only to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and follow up on a project you asked about. Technical data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

Service providers

• EmailJS transmits contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google hosts our email (Gmail), serves our web fonts (Google Fonts) and runs AdSense.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse.
• Chat messages are processed on DamPhi's own server to generate a reply.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Quebec, including in the United States, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Advertising and cookies

Some pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and you can learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails and chat messages for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a project, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to admin@damphi.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above.
